sunday morning

enumeration time!xD

1) so david archuleta might have a girlfriend. :( down goes my fantasy of him coming to the philippines to find his one true love (i promise i'm not crazy. im not). but i dont care. really. i dont. maybe before i wouldve. i dont go all googoo eyes whenever i see him on tv but i still scream whenever ryan seacrest introduces him onto the stage. :D cuz its fun and its the most effort i exert each week and its summer so you can't accuse me for going temporarily crazy ok?!? ok. well, before i thought he was the special one cuz he could really really sing, but as the weeks went by the other people started to shine and he wasnt the only one who was really good soooo i'm rooting for alota other people too. :D

i'm also rooting for david cook (he totally rocks), jason castro (he rocks too), brooke (that's how its spelt right?) white and... michael johns!! yeahh, gosh, im rooting for half of the contestants. i didn't notice that before! anyyhooo, go people! you rock ^^


2) i've finally caught up with the avatar episodes! ever since the beginning of first year i havent been able to watch any of the episodes.. but now, i've satisfied my avatar addiction by watching nonstop episodes 1-13 of season 3 for the past 3 days and oh my gosh its AWESOMEEEEEEEEE!! no, im not exaggerating. its seriously awesome. and aang, he kissed **TOOT**!! my mouth was literally hanging open for about 5 seconds. they should hurry up and release the other episodes... i cant wait ^^ oh and thanx romina for giving me that site to gossip girl! i wouldnt have been able to watch avatar if you hadnt given it to me... hahaha :D

3) so i'm 17. wow. if anyone told you it feels different then they're lying. ur older, but there's not really a difference. haha, so my birthday.. gosh, i honestly had no intentions to celebrate it. i wanted to stay at home and read er something plus i wasnt feeling well but debbie, eula and krit (and krit's lil sister! haha) wouldn't take no for an answer so they treated me to lunch and a movie! :) yey, it was fun. haha, thanx guys <>

4) i don't think i mentioned it before.. i have internet at home! yes, finally i have internet at home! hello hotmail, friendster, facebook, youtube and sidereel! i'm back in the virtual world people! yipee xD

5) there've been a bunch of guys coming into the house lately breaking down the ceiling and stuff. yeah, the noise at first was really annoying but you kinda get used to it after a while. anyhoo, they have to spray stuff so termites won't get in and everything.. ghastly termites. O.o oh well, there's internet so i dont mind the noise ^^

6) okay, so its not really sunday morning :D my sister and i have been listening to maroon 5 lately and they're songs are seriously relaxing. it makes you smile for some reason. haha, i guess it just has a positive beat to it if that's possible. haha. ooh, talking about music, i've also been listening to jonas brothers.. their songs rock mahnn ^^ yeahh, they're so cool and goofy.. hahah

i think the fates heard that i didn't feel like celebrating my birthday so they decided to inflict me with sickness. what karma. so here i am writing a post with an extremely runny nose and a hacking cough that's scraping my throat raw. i look like one of those zombie people in those horror flicks. no.. i feel like one of those zombie people in those horror flicks. i mean, they're dead so they must feel pretty bad. ooh and i lost my voice! i always seem to be losing my voice at some part of the year. i know why i lost my voice but i have no idea where i got the cold and cough from. i guess it's going around. so people be careful! you might just be next.. **cackle of laughter**

-oh, the graduated life-

75th post

i finally visited ateneo high again after how many months! you know, i've perfected the art of sneaking. well, particularly sneaking into ateneo without a gate pass. haha, anyhoo, ill be telling that story later. it was my older sister's graduation today! **sniff** i'm glad i was in charge of the camera, or i would've been bored stiff. you know how many college students graduated this year? i have nooo idea either, I got bored when i reached 5. ooh ooh! info for you: 48 people graduated from ECE, 18 people graduated from IE and only 5 people graduated from CE!! (yeah, that's for yeo, romina and vina :P) haha, it's amazing how few there were in CE. there was a course though who had only 1 graduating student. Bachelor of Science in Public Administration. He was salutatorian. That either says that the course is super hard orrr that the other 99% of the graduating batch couldn't be bothered with public administration. omgosh, the valedictorian's speech. i have absolutely no comment whatsoever. i was reading my book (yes, i brought a book. don't blame me there were like 3000 students who were graduating! i was being practical). yes, i was reading my book during her speech and i had finished 2 chapters (and those chapters weren't short either) and she still hadn't finished! and thennn.. she started talking about the ZTE scam and i was thinking... What's the relation of the ZTE scam to their graduation? i soon found out that there wasn't any or there was but i couldnt be bothered to wait another 5 minutes to find out so i got back to reading. the end was kinda comical though.. my sister told me that they were cheering because she had finally finished her speech. anyhoo, at the end i took a bunch of pictures and then we went to pizza hut. yey! (i think it's becoming a tradition.. eat at pizza hut after graduation. haha)

so my sneaking story. omgosh, it was really stupid actually. we were in a hurry in the morning cause we were running late for the graduation so i got into the car and we sped off. i was wearing this beige sort of blouse, white capri pants and blue and pink flipflops. omgosh, i had totally forgotten to change my shoes on the way out to the car!! and what's worse, i didn't realize it until we were at gate 7 walking towards the sports complex and my dad looked down at my feet and asked my why i was wearing such tattered slippers. my goshhhhh. my mum couldn't stop laughing till her stomach hurt. (she particularly enjoyed my stupidity of forgetting to change shoes) so i called my kuya back at home to bring my sandals to school cuz i'm telling you, those slippers are my comfortable, tattered slippers used only at home. they are not the sort you're supposed to be wearing to a big event, let alone a graduation. soo, here's where the sneaking part comes in. when my kuya texts me that he's at gate 6 i pass through gate 7 unnoticed to get the sandals. on my way back, there's a guard at the gate accepting the gate passes for graduation and i was like... oh shoot, they didn't see me go out so they'll probably think i just arrived so obviously they'll ask for a gate pass which i dont have... i was contemplating for about 2 seconds right at the gate (the guard hadn't noticed me yet) until this girl who had just bought a bouquet of flowers for her sister or brother probably was about to go through the gate. gripped with a sense of desperation i tried to look all nonchalant and started to walk beside her. we had just gotten through when the guard asked for the gate pass. she looked back surprised then her mother who was ahead was like "oo guard, meron na siya, meron na siya.." they headed to the field while i headed to the quad and the whole time i was praying like crazy.. please dont let the guard ask me, please dont let him ask meeee... and he didn't! he most probably thought i was with the family with the girl who was carrying the bouquet. woohoo! hahah, i sneaked in! again! what fun :) so that's my sneaking story. i sneaked in, well, i was supposed to be in anyways. but still! i sneaked in xD boy, am i baaad ^^

so yesterday we had our section's farewell party at Yantis Ktv. World Palace is so much better (obviously) but it was still loadsa fun because of all the people who where there. aww, i'm really going to miss them. we were all singing our hearts out! haha, that's why today i barely have a voice (my chocolate binge a few days ago might've also contributed to the loss of my voice..) the emo songs, the offtune notes, the unreachable high notes, the eyes-closed-and-knees-bending-while-singing-with-lots-of-emotion songs.. gosh, they were all so hilarious. we couldn't stop laughing. there was one part where debbie was singing this spanish song (rosalinda) with all her heart and soul and we were all clapping to the beat until we found out she had no idea what she was saying then we were basically all on the floor laughing our heads off. **sigh** it was wonderful.

ok, so i have chika (tama ba ang spelling?). that whole Binibining Pilipinas thing? it spread like wild fire. seriously. we were talking about it last tuesday after everyone in class had basically seen it on youtube and those who hadn't we quickly filled them in (if you want to see it: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xKwmseoKFCo). we came to the conclusion that if she wants to have a chance at all at winning Ms. World she should pretend to not understand English and hire a translater (dibaaaa?) hahaha, gosh.. ooh, haha, the whole of last week i'd hear bits and pieces of people's conversations as i would be walking along in the canteen (taf 10... they was the ones... pamily.. ahaha) i'd hear about it everywhere! oh gosh... i wanna watch Ms. World.

so next tuesday is my birthday. usually, i keep quiet about it cause i want to see how many people remember (haha, yeah, i do that.. ^^ thihi) but this year.. i don't know.. i seriously don't have any desires to celebrate it this year.. is that bad? i just want to spend it quietly or something.. my parents are asking me what my plans are but honestly i dont have any.. what am i gonna dooooooooo.. eeek, i hope there's nothing wrong with me. :S ooh ooh! random info: i have the same birthday as Fidel Ramos! the 12th president of the philippines! hahaha, isn't that cool?!? now i know 3 people who have the same birthday as me. :D yeyyyyyy













reminder to myself: go jogging everday starting on monday. 4 people have told me i've gotten fat including sir igpit! eeek. :S ooh, it's summer holidays! soccer time ^^
