its nearly a new year everybody!

time for a whole new beginning to a whole new year. a new leaf, a new path, new ways to life. lol, heck, its time to write all those resolutions down! (even though we're most likely not to follow them for long. xD)

hmm.. over paranoid? maybe..

whoo! yes! it took around 5 times till this blogspot oasdkljdfljk actually worked! yay.. now, up to updating my bloggie...

ok, so i woke up today thinking a bomb just exploded (seriously! the windows were rattling and everything!) but then my parents seemed to ignore it so maybe it was just the door to the laundry room slamming closed again. oh ya, another incident... my sister and i thought there were gun shots in the distance! my gosh, it was pretty freaky. i mean when we looked out of the apartment (its on the 9th floor! haha, so cool. xD) the birds were flying everywhere like something seriously freaked them out. we went down later on though and the same sounds continued... i soon figured out it sounded more like an axe cutting wood than gun shots. hihihihi. xD hmm.. i think im getting paranoid. these people wanna kill the president for some reason. and he just had to live in colombo didnt he? he could've lived anywhere else in sri lanka but then he decided to live in colombo.. hmm.. maybe it has something to do with the fact that colombo's that capital city or something.. oh well.. xD

acck, apart from the paranoia (sp?) over the whole bombing thing, sri lankas a pretty neat place! i mean, even though the people look pretty scary at first (compared to them im white! and thats saying something! haha xD) they're all actually pretty friendly. haha. its pretty fun. xD hmm.. you know what? the apartment overlooks the sea and its pretty peaceful (its a good thing we live on the 9th floor though cause if there's a tsunami we can spot it while its still far off! haha, just saying. :) ). hmm, you know what my sisters spotted? I think they saw a mermaid! haha, well that's what they say anyway. kristine saw half its fin (ya, she said it was big.. and then it like disappeared) and my older sister said she saw this lady swimming and she dove in the water when a wave was passing.. haha, she said she was like waiting for 10 minutes to see if the lady would come back up again but she didnt! haha, ooh, creepy... it'd be cool though, if there was actually a mermaid.. you guys ever saw aquamarine? (hehe, i know, but hey, i was bored and i had nothing to do so i watched it! xD) ya, they had a wish if they helped the mermaid out... it'd be cool if it was like that! (ya, id wish for orlando bloom to fall madly and deeply inlove with... um... anyways)

anways, besides sri lanka, i havent even started studying yet! **aack** and the sucky part is i dont have half of the reading material i need for economics exam... akdfja;lsdkfj;asd... i think i left it at school.. :( hmm, if you guys know (by any weird chance.. hmm, weird but extremely good xD) the name of the economics book can ya tell me? ill try to find it here in the bookstores.. xD haha, anyways, that's bout it.. eck, my dad needs to use the computer.. later! xD

adrenaline rush

yes, so we had our 'sayawit performance' yesterday. it was wonderful to see the product of our long and aggravating (well, at times anyways) practices and im proud to say that our practices actually paid off. xD i mean, you could clearly see the 3 themes that we tried so hard to portray. I mean, there was the jazz group looking all sexy with their mini-skirts and leotards **hahaha, whoo javi!!!xD** and the hip hop group looking all "bad" with their jerseys and jackets. let's not forget the asian group! what with their bamboo sticks and native attire i dont think there was one person in the whole complex who didnt get the theme. xD even though i was round 40 feet away i could still see you guys singing your hearts out!! haha, whoo. xD hmm, the costumes didn't turn out so bad in the end. everyone looked the way they were supposed to. they all looked so pretty and everything. you know what i was? no, i wasnt an asian, or a 'jazz' person or a 'hip hop' person for that matter... i was the janitor!! haha, yes, the big polo shirt, rag over one shoulder, face towel in one pocket, the whole enterlada. hmm, come to think of it, even though it wasn't as fancy as the others it sure was comfy! xD lol, whoo, being the janitor was actually pretty fun. xD (well, i didnt really have to clean anything.. hehe) well, lets just say it was a wonderful way to end my last day of school this year. **haha, char!** lol, anyways, it was loadsa fun. xD

woohoo! 8 days!

omgosh, ive neglected my bloggie for such a long time... well, i did try to update last friday but the internet was so messed up! blogspot wouldnt open.. oh well, im updating now so its okie. xD

hmm.. for some reason the teachers seem to dislike us more this quarter than usual. lol, okie, so maybe they don't really hate us but then.. what's with all the projects?! english.. health.. research.. i.t.... cle.. well, hopefully sir raldz forgot about our cle project. :D hehe, he hasn't talked about it ever since sembreak.. ooh, ya, and we finished research!! woohoo.. 5 whole hours.. hey, it doesnt actually seem so bad. xD no actually, ders still english, i.t and health.. ecckk....

hmph, lets not think about school..

haha, the other day i found pamela anderson's blog! apparently she lost her chihuahua and wants him back.. hehe, ive always wondered whether the lives of celebrities were all about glamour and fame. i mean, how do you know where the truth ends and the lies begin? i guess its not as great as it always seems to be on tv. oh well... now i just have to find donald trump's blog.. i heard he does have one on saturday night live.. hmm, maybe there're secrets there on how to become a multibillionaire!! xD

you know what? for the past month ive been having such weird, nonsensical (<<-- haha, is that even a word?) dreams!! there was one where i was in sri lanka.. and there was this huuuggee tsunami!! we hid in a cave up in the mountain. next thing i knew my family and i entered this other cave at the bottom of the mountain and it had all this hi-tech gadget stuff.. there was this like weird scientist and pretty lady (you know kim possible? dracon and his sidekick? haha, ya it was like that minus the blue skin and the green attire) and for some reason we knew they were bad. next thing i knew i was swimming after this huugge white whale! it seemed like he was as long as the world trade center was tall. in my dream i knew the whale was the cause of the tsunami.. hmm, i think i was trying to stop him..

ooh, another one my sister and i were kidnapped! and we were flown to this different city and kept hostage in this hotel. ironically though, we had internet! so i logged on yahoo messenger and my friend was online so i told her to call the police, but then right then i saw my dad in a helicopter and he saved us by stowing us in a candy truck (?!?!) after that i dont know what happend.. usually after those dreams i wake up tired (ya, i think its cuz i sleep late..) but then there was this other time where i slept late but woke up and felt soo refreshed.. hehe, so i thought 'hey, i didn't dream anything today' but then at night i remembered i dreamt there was this guy who was trying to kill me with his silver gun.. haha, ya, it was pretty scary.. i wonder why i slept so well.. hmm.. totally weird...

ok, dreams aside... only 8 days to go before i get to see my parents and sister again! woohoo, fun stuff.. xD yay, i seriously can't wait.. :D
